Our History

In 1982 President Phil Crain founded Crain Supply as a manufacturers representative, which in 1984 grew into a stocking wholesale business providing General Electric air conditoners and commercial televisions to southeastern hotels and motels.

Wanda Campbell joined the company to manage the office side of the operation, later becoming Vice President.

As Crain Supply grew, Amana air conditioners were added to the product line, as well as EMI ductless and other brands.  Televisions were phased out.

Even years later, the hotel and motel businesses are still among Crain Supply's regular customers and many more have joined them – from contractors and health care to apartments and individuals. Crain Supply and it's team are known as specialists for all kinds of specialty air conditioning and other products, and a competent partner when it comes to taking care of you, our customer.
