Can you provide parts?

Yes. We are able to get parts to nearly any ac unit, providing you have the model number of the unit.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Crain Supply accepts checks. We also accept major credit cards. Credit card payments incur a processing fee. Call us at 800-476-1143 Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

Can you provide me with a quote?

Yes. Your quote will contain the price of the product(s), any shipping charges and applicable sales tax. Quotes are valid for specific time frames and prices are not guaranteed beyond that date.

How long does it take to ship an order?

How long will it take to get my order?

Can I cancel or change my order?

What if my product does not work?
