Shipping Policy

We ship to all 50 states. Your shipping charge/freight will vary depending on the weight. The shipping cost will be calculated before you complete your order. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We ship via LTL or UPS.
Orders must be placed before 2pm CST  in order to be shipped out same day.

We can provide drop-shipping. Some items will have to be dropped-shipped directly from the manufacture. These will be items that we may be out of or large orders. Shipping from the manufacture can take up to 10 business days.
All orders are shipped with standard shipping.

Return Policy

Items may not be returned without prior authorization. If you need to return an item, you must contact Crain Supply to receive a return authorization. You will be required to return the authorized item(s) in their original packaging. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

We accept cash, checks and major credit cards.  
Credit card purchase will incur a 3% processing fee.
